1) Solderability test: Sample size of this part solderability test is 1 lot 15 samples which is not enough. JESD47 requires 3 lots / 22 leads. Please provide more data.

2) Tin Whisker: Tin Whisker Acceptance per JESD47 requirement is also missing. Please provide justification.

Hi, Xiaoxi,

We are following AEC-Q100 qualification criteria.

As to “solderability test”, it is 1 lot with 15pcs per AEC-Q100 requirement.

As to “Tin Whisker Test”, it is not a mandatory requirement in AEC Q100, and TLC6C5724 is using NIPDAU not Matte Tin.
