TPS23523: Question about Machine Model (MM) ESD data.

My customer wants Machine Model (MM) ESD data of the TPS23523

I can find ESD HBM and CDM data on the datasheet . But, there is no MM ESD data.

Could you please provide MM ESD data of the TPS23523?

Thanks for reaching out to us. You're right, device datasheets specify HBM and CDM ESD data. The MM ESD data is not available for any of our devices now. The Machine Model test, as a requirement for component ESD qualification, was rapidly discontinued across the industry.
