Hi,

I'm having an issue with programming the flash on this device. I've made my configuration file and set all of the parameters I want, but as soon as try and load my .tifsp file onto the chip it takes the ON/OFF Config Parameter and changes it to the command 0x18 which puts the device into "Operation Only" Mode. I have it set to 0x00 in my configuration, but as soon as it gets loaded onto the chip it defaults to 0x18. Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this. Please take a look at the image below.

Which GUI version is used? if you clear the configuration(tools->clear configuration) from GUI(this step will erase all the setting from device), do you still face the same issue?

you can also share the project file so that we can take a look.

Hi,

I tried clearing the configuration and it's still defaulting to the same command. How do I send the file over? It's not allowing me to attach the Tifsp file to this chat.

Do you upgrade to the latest GUI?

there is a insert a file option to upload the file?

Hi,

I'm using version 7.6.1. And I tried to insert the file using the "Insert" button and it's not accepting the file format. Is there an email I can send it over to?
