We bought LM185H-2.5/883 87pcs

But after we test they are unqualified products.

Here is the result:

30 X-rays are unqualified. Unqualified reason: the bonding cavity of the chip exceeds 1 / 2 of the whole contact area. The specification requires that the PDA is less than or equal to 15%, and the actual PDA is 37%. The PDA has exceeded the standard and the batch is unqualified

But the test are in Chinese.

We will need some photos to support the investigation. Can you please provide the following:

1. photo of the reel label

2. X-ray photos showing the issue mentioned.

Can you please also explain what the acronym PDA means? (that is, what does it mean when you say PDA is <=15% or PDA is 37%, what is the expected value)
