Which Power supply IC I should use to power up my microcontroller & other peripherals of our Automotive system. Our application is EV BMS with safety critical application. We are looking for an ASIL D level device. I have a reference part number from NXP which is 'MC33FS6513CAE'.

    Hello,

    TPS65381A-Q1 is most likely going to be be the best option for this type of system. We provide Functional Safety documentation for this device that targets ASIL C system levels but this device can be used in ASIL D systems if the system is properly designed.
