LM5145-Q1: Is the LM5145-Q1 drop-in compatable replacement for the LM5145 non-Automotive supply?

During this time of component shortage, I have qualified using the LM5146-Q1 in place of the LM5145 for our boards in production.   Can the new LM5145-Q1 be used as an alternate as well?  I don't have access to parts right now, so I can't qualify them on one of our boards. 

The more parts we can identify as alternates, the better our chances are of finding parts to fill our needs.
