HI,

I want to know when i put both poe switch&Dc input what will happen to the controller(which power path ll take & will controller ll go to sleep mode(inactive to DEN the POE)). what is the voltage levels at the APD pin of the controller?

TPS23753 (and A) has design features to accommodate several power ORing schemes. Please take a look at the following application report:

Also see page 21 of the datasheet. If you have further questions particular to a certain method you can post again. The APD pin threshold (ON) is ~1.5V wrt. RTN and OFF is 1.2V
