Hi ,

I need find the boost IC， input voltage is 1.2V~1.55V, the output voltage is 2.8~3.3V, the load is uA level，could you kindly promote a suitable part ? and need high efficiency.

Hi Cooper,

Would you mind tell me how much uA is the load? And how much efficiency you want? A good choice could be TPS61099, for it has over 85% efficiency for load>100uA, 1.5VIN to 3.3Vout.

my customer project is applied in button cell (battery)， it belongs to medical consumable， so most of time the product is in sleep mode , so they have to need a boost power to BLE SoC , so need high efficiency;

because DAC 1.5V power and supply consumption is uW level is hard to find
