TPS2373: design POE output with 12V maximum current output at class 8

Hello,

I followed the refference design given for TPS2373-4EVM-758. But its output voltage is 5V. I want 12V out put and maximum current out put. Im strugling with the calculations. Is there any refference design or any resources to sort out the values of capacitors, inductors, etc...
