My customer asked that if we have the similar function current limit switch like MPS device MP5000A, here is the datasheet of it below:

We need a device function similar to this and need AEC-Q100 level, could you please help to recommend some proper portfolios for me? Thank you.

Don't have p2p device. But have similar function device, such as TPS2556-Q1 and TPS2557-Q1.

Thanks for your reply! Customer has raised another requirement that need higher Vin which may reach 20V since they consider the 2.5V~6.5V range is low, do we have the proper device for customer? Thank you.
