Hello Team,

My Cusotmer is to install the Battery Management Studio software and it keeps giving error code 5

Any idea how we can solve this?

Hello Renan,

Please try running the installer with administrator privileges.

Hello Shirish,

My customer has admin privileges and still got this error on installation.

Any other solution we can offer?

Hello Renan,

Install the Visual Studio 2010 redistributable (32-bit) from microsoft.com and then run the bqStudio installer
