Is 0x18 as read or write register?

What are the SE, US and FA means?

    If you are asking 0x18 Design capacity, Access ability is different in different mode.

    1. SE: Sealed , used to protect all data flash to read out. 

    2. US: Unsealed. Default state or send unseal key after sealed 

    3. FA: Full Access. Default state or send unseal key / Full access key after sealed
