May I know what behavior for following function pin?

when COMP/FSET pin floating
when SS/TR pin short to ground
when MODE/SYNC pin floating

Another document is available for TPS62813-Q1, also available on the product webpage under the Technical documentation section.

I don't think there is a big difference between those two.

We may not have this document available for each device. If you don't find it. I recommend you open an E2E thread with the specific devices name and the specific functional safety document you are willing to have. We will try to support you our best to give you detailed information.
