UCD3138A: parameters modified with fusion digital power studio cannot be saved to Dflash

Thank you for your reply.I have tried many times.It still coundn't work properly.Look at the PMBus log,I wrote 85V to the RAM(click the"write to hardware"),executed PMBus cmd 0x11(clicked the"store RAM to FLASH").Then UCD3138 reset(Is this normal？)，the 85 was back to 75.From the memory debuger,the value in RAM can be changed. I used my own board，not TI's.And it is powered by the USB Interface Adapter. I have no idea  why this happened

It is abnormal if UCD is reset during storing DFLASH. Where do you get the code? Do you run your code or TI EVM code? I think PMBus commands are good, but the part of flash related code is not good. If you have TI EVM code, you can compare flash writing part.

I first used my own code.It has the problem.then I tried TI EVM code,UCD3138FW-HSFB — UCD3138 Hard Switch Full Bridge.I downloaded form hear UCD3138FW-HSFB 固件 | TI.com.cn(www.ti.com.cn/.../UCD3138FW-HSFB),The problem is the same.

It didn't happen on my side. I just downloaded the firmware from ti website, and compiled it. Then downloaded the .x0 file to UCD3138. I was able to change 75 to 85, and then store 85 into DFLASH. I also didn't see the device reset when writing into DFLASH. If you still have reset problem during writing, you need resolve reset problem first. Do you still have reset?
