We use the LM63615-Q1 with 24Vin to 3.3V out with 0.1 -1A load. 2 of 3 boards are broken.
After inspecting the chip it self is broken. Please have a look on the circuit, to help troubleshooting.
The NC is connected to GND, is that ok ? At the input is a PTC fuse.

The Inductor is 3.3uH with partnumber: coilcraft XAL4030-332MEC.
Nominaal load is around 70mA -500mA (FPGA)

Hi Dirk,
Better to set Fsw below 1MHz for 24V to 3.3V conversion.
On the layout, the ground connection of IC PGND and Cin GND is not good, you should pour ground plane here.
