Customer is consulting the P2P device w/ UCC28C44D because of device shortage. Could you pls take a look here and promote suitable one to us?

    Hello Stanley,

    The UCC28C44D is rated -40C to 105C in the SOIC package.  The only P2P replacement I see is the UCC38C44D, also in the SOIC package.  However, this part is only rated 0C to 70C.  There are 5000+ pieces (tube) and 15000 pieces (T/R) in TI store at this time.
