Hi Admin,

i have a design with TPS53314RGFR, 12Vin, 3.3Vout, 3A,currently the TPS53314RGFR no sock, can i use TPS53315RGFR to replace the TPS53314 with no layout change? Any BOM change?

if yes, could you pls send me an excel calcualtion file. Currently i have an excel file of TPS53314 on my hand. Can i use this file to calculate TPS53315. thanks.

TPS53315 and TPS53314 devices are the same material and ATE test program.

Yes, you can directly replace the TPS53315 on the SCH. Please send email to David to get the excel calculation tool.
