TPS53688 + 7 x CSD95410 solution for an VR13HC

Question 1: Read from the GUI,the current sensed for the phase 1 ,CPU1 is -5A, why there is a negative value. How to check the design to solve it.

Question 2:when using the GUI to monitor the temperture, there is only one tem value there, what does this value conrespond to, and is there any other way to konw every temperature to the phase1-8.

    Hi Fanbin,

    For the current sense, could you please measure phase1 IOUT/REFIN with differential probe to check the voltage?  Could you please also measure the VSW signal on phase1 to see if the device is operating normally?

    About the temp sensing, all TAO signals are supposed to be tied together and feedback to controller side, so only the highest value will be read/report. There is no way to read for each phase unless you physically disconnect the other phases on the board.
