Can you be more specific? For our communications, yes (CVDD) is a 5V high level. If you need 3.3V, then we recommend a level shifter

Because we are currently using a 3.3V MCU (as shown in the figure), we want to understand why the BQ75614-Q1 has only 5V output (we hope we can not increase the TXB0104 parts and the potential difference problem), please ask if there are any good suggestions??

That's correct, the BQ75614 has 5V communication, so you will need a level translator to communicate with a 3.3V MCU.
