TL7705B: Do you have any tolerance data of R1 and R2 which placed between SENSE pin and GND pin?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using TL7705B for their new products.

At this moment, they have the following question about the device.

Could you please give me your reply?

Q. We'd like to know the tolerance of R1 and R2 placed between SENSE pin and GND pin

because we need to know SENSE pin input current range.

Do you have any data of the resistor tolerance?

Is it about +/-20%? Or about +/-30%?

Hi Kazuya,

We do not have that data available due to the age of the device. Is a way we can convince the customer to use more modern devices with much smaller Isense.

If you can share what features they want from a device, we can propose a modern alternative with lower Isense and Iq.
