UCC24624: channel configuration

hi team,

the UCC24624 typical application schematic is  VD1 and VG1 to drive S1, VD2 and VG2 to drive S2,

if VD1 and VG1 are changed to drive S2 , VD2 and VG2 are changed to drive S1,  is there any problem introduced?
