TPS536C7: VSP Accuracy

Hi experts,

Customer chose TPS536C7 with CSD95410x12 for 0.82V/235A MAC Vddc which tolerance is ±0.5% (±4mV)

From DS, the VDAC VSP accuracy is ±5mV just covering the range and over a little bit. We are wondering do we have more accurate solution than TPS536C7?

    Hi Allan,

    May I know the exact spec of Vddc?  Like output voltage range and resolution. Any specific interface, like SVID, PMBus.

    Why I ask is for Intel 5mV resolution application, +/- 5mV accuracy is reasonable when 0.25V<VDAC <1V as below. Because it is one LSB tolerance.

    Currently, I can't find a suitable solution for +/- 4 mV accuracy. I will check with my team once I get the detail spec requirement from you.
