Hello,

We are looking to design a 150 Watt, 40V-100V Input, 12V @ 12.5A output  Isolated DC-DC converter. Our key requirement is to use GaN FETS for higher power density. Could you please suggest a topology and Controllers that would fit our requirments?

    Hello Naga,

    Thank you for your interest in TI power conversion controllers.

    I suggest that you consider the LLC topology using the UCC256403 controller, with UCC24624 dual synchronous rectifier (SR) controller for the output. 
    For an example design, try the Webench design tool using these controllers to help reduce the design task.
