The customer design with 5 strings of 21V charging circuit, adapter voltage 24V, charging current 2A, pre-charging current 0.2A, adapter current 3A.
The problem is as follows: the adapter is not plugged in, the battery power supply is normal, and the battery voltage is 17.8V.
Plug in the adapter power supply and still use 17.8V battery power. Measure VREF=3.3V, VCC=23.6V, Vce = 3.3V, Vregn = 6V, and both STAT1 and STAT2 voltages are about 5V. However, the voltage of ACDRV is always close to the voltage of VCC, causing the ACFET can not turn on.
How to solve this problem?
