LM2576HV: Vout max is wrong in the datasheet

Hi there, a customer highlighted this, can you please tell me what is the actual number for Vout....MAX at 25C? The Red circle below. Max is lower than nominal (4.75V).

Thank you. What about the applies over full operating temperature range right below it? 5.225 Min and 5.275 Max.

The 5.225V applies to the room temperature while 5.275V applies to temperature extremes.
