TPS61199: TPS61199PWPR LED blinking

Hi team,

My customer using TPS61199 for8 strings 4 Parallel LED driver,  however customer have issue with LED blinking, below is customer's schematic and waveform output

In original circuit LED is very hot, Customer changed R16 from 35.7K to 130K and R15 from 100K to 160K, R39 from 91K to 75K,  the LED thermal become normal but still blinking.

Attached is customer TPS61199 design calculator, could team help review and give us some comments. thanks.

    Hi Eddie,

    For the blink issue, it seems the boost voltage dropped every 2.5s. Currently I also have no idea why this happened. Could you help to capture a waveform of SW / VIFBx together with VOUT? Also it would be better if you can capture the waveform of inductor current. Is there a PWM signal during test?
