TPS54202H: if we can use TPS54202DDCR to replace TPS54202HDDCR?

Hello:

          In our schematic and PCB, we use  TPS54202HDDCR to design the DC-DC; now the product has got into mass production soon,  but we made a mistake --- bought the wrong components, 

   we have bought 15000PCS TPS54202DDCR; and because the lead time on the TPS54202HDDCR seems very tricky, so to save the product launch we need to make the TPS54202DDCR work. 

   it is very urgert...

   we have tried to solder 5 TPS54202DDCR onto PCB, it seems work;

         But we are not sure if it would cause any problem...

        I have attached the DC-DC schematic here...

        so what is the difference between TPS54202DDCR and TPS54202HDDCR?  if we can replace TPS54202HDDCR with TPS54202DDCR?
