UC1707: 5962-8761901EA and UC1707J883B difference

Part Number: UC1707

Hi Team,

May I ask for your confirmation? I check datasheet of UC1707 to verify the difference between 5962-8761901EA and UC1707J883B.
Yet, I was not able to find its differences. Can you please help me with this? I need to know differences in electrical characteristics if there is any.

I also check FAQ involving DLA SMD part number and notice that the 5962-8761901EA does not indicate what QML class it belongs. As additional concern what does "blank" QML class in part number mean?

I hope you can help me with this.

Thank you so much and kind regards,
Gerald

  • Hi Gerold,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    -------

Under the UC1707 product folder, you will see the standard device.

Under the UC1707-SP product folder, you will see the space-grade part that has a QML rating.

    (5962-8761901VEA)

    -------

The parts should be electrically the same if they have the same part number and the datasheet does not say otherwise either.

I hope this helps clears things up!  If I answered your question, please press the green button; otherwise, feel free to follow up!
