Hi Jeff-san,

Customer seems to have broken the EVM as before after purchasing a new EVM and using it for about 2 weeks.
Is there any information that bq25792EVM is fragile?

Hi Kagawa,

No known EVM issue. If your customer is testing at high input voltage or battery voltage, a hotplug transient event might have caused the VBUS or BAT pins to have been overvoltaged.
