Hello everyone! With the BQ25618E being a 30-ball BGA, layout can be tricky.
I saw TI has an EVK that mounts this part, and the documentation also shows the layout in PDF. Unfortunately it's too low res to be useful.
Anyone at TI has the actual layout files for this package? It'd be really useful to review them. If that's not possible, general layout recommendations or a BGA fanout would also be appreciated.
