Hi Lijia,
The device datasheet doesn't give the spec. According to our experience, it depends on the load conditions and requirements. Lower load regulation and Lower transient current can have wider duty-cycle. Basically, the duty-cycle is the key spec for buck converters output current capability.
The device is designed for 3.3V or 5V as input and converts to low voltage (<2V) outputs with about 60% (when VCCA=3.3V) or about 40% (when VCCA=5V). In real applications, we should see system working well with duty-cycle from 10% to 90% for about 5A load current with normal requirement.
