LM5064: VREF is 4.2V, why?

Hi,

I designed the hot swap circuit according to the manual. The Vin voltage obtained in Equation Table 41 is lower than expected.

For example, if I apply 45V to Vin, I get value 1493 by READ_VIN command(0x88). Then Vin = 32.5V  is obtained by Table 41.

 Also, VREF is 4.2V, which is different from the specification (2.97V). What is wrong? Could you give me some advice?
