Hi Team,

There is a good new that DIN UCC28951

But because UCC28951 and UCC28951-Q1 are out of stock now, so we need alternative materials!

Please help suggest TI solution, THX

    Hello,

    You could use the UCC28950 or the UCC28950-Q1.  They are pin for pin compatible and are the older version of the UCC28951.  They should work in your present design.   The UCC28951 I believe can achieve 1 to 2% more max duty compared to the UCC28950.  Besides that the devices are identical.
