TPS24713: TPS24713 can only carry 1A loads

May I know what's the sense point to measure the current at "OUT" node? Please indicate in the schematic. There might be some leakage at "12V" or "OUT" net, because of which Hot Swap output is at 12 V, 1 A although input is at 12 V, 17 A. As the "OUT" net is at 12 V, TPS24713 is working fine. In order to confirm that the LED indication circuitry on "PG" and "FLT" pins are causing the issue, please make these two pins floating and see what's the voltage and current at "OUT" node.
