Dear Experts, I want to select Alternative N-MOS to instead of FDS8447. The Power source is 24V, charging current is 1.5A, and full charging voltage of battery is 16.4V . The Alternative IC-2 has lower RDS(ON) , but it's turn on and turn off time is slower than Alternative IC-1. From power loss and performance view, what component is better?
