There is not a commercial nor automotive equivalent for the TPS7H1101A-SP.

It is a completely ground-up design for radiation hardening. The EM version is the best lowest cost way to evaluate.

There may be something, but it will depend on what features you are trying to replicate.

3A load current? Current sense capability, programmable current limit?
