UCC28063: UCC28063 driver problem when input 108V is switched to 277V

Part Number: UCC28063

Hi TI Team,

UCC28063 for PFC level of 600W LED power supply, MOS specification is 48A/600V TO247 two,

When the input voltage changes from 108V to 277V at the low temperature of -25°, PFC MOS breakdown occurs.

See the attached test waveform!

It can be seen that, during switching, the current flowing through the MOS has an obvious peak, and the maximum current in several pulse waveforms reaches 53.6A, which exceeds the MOS tolerance and leads to breakdown.

I think the loop can not respond in time, resulting in uncontrolled current, hope to get advice to solve this problem;

The project is urgent, looking forward to your prompt reply, thank you!
