TLC6C5724-Q1: Question about V(out,min)

Part Number: TLC6C5724-Q1

Hi team,

According to previous E2E thread below, customer expects V(out, min) is less than 0.7V.

But in actual measurement  result in attached file shows V(out, min) = 1.6V with "Vcc=5V, Iout=50mA, V_LEDsupply=4.2V" condition..

TLC6C5724-Q1: V(out,min) vs VCC:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1022070/tlc6c5724-q1-v-out-min-vs-vcc?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=TLC6C5724-Q1%20AND%20V%28OUT%2Cmin%29#

Q1) Could you clarify definition of V(out, min)?

Q2) Could you explain cause why V(out,min) = 1.6V with customer's condition?

Best regards,
