Hi,

My customer is using TPS563249 for generating a 5V output rail from a 12V input. The maximum output current required is 2A. But the Supply of TPS563249DDCR is highly constrained. Can you suggest some alternatives to the customer?

TPS563249 is a 3A part which can support 3A loading. Could you explain the constrained in detail?

The procurement of TPS563249DDCR is very difficult as of now due to the increased demand and global supply shortage. The customer wants to put a load that can draw a maximum of 2A through it. He was looking out for some alternate BSR that would be easy to procure to bring about his requirement.
