I received a BOM from a customer and I would like to ask if you could suggest some alternatives.

These are the parts:

• SI9435DY

  MOSFET 30V 5.1A 2.5W P-channel

• bss138

  MOSFET, n-channel, 50 V, 220 mA, 3.5 ohm, SOT-23,

• BSH105215

  MOSFET N Channel Mosfet SOT 23
