Help me! how to unseal hp battery?

Can you help me? I have a Hp Battery Series HSTNN-CB05. When I use ev2300 to check it, but I can't read the dataflash because the battery is seal. How can I unseal it? and I want to reset the cycle count to zero! Please help me !!! Thanks a lot .
