Hi,

I see the power rating at T=125C to be 93.98mW. The derating factor above Ta=25C is 3.76mW/C. Therefore, the max junction temp at 125C ambient temp is 125C + (93.98mW)/(3.76mW/C) = 25C + 125C = 150C.
