TPS25846-Q1: how to get the IBIS model of it

Part Number: TPS25846-Q1

We used the TPS25846 in our project between SOC and USB port. I want to do signal integrity for USB differential data with Hyperlynx. How can I get the IBIS modle of TPS25846 ?

Without the IBIS model of TPS25846, If i want to do SI to get eye diagram of USB data, do you have any suggestion?

Hi, Yuping,

Please check the datasheet EC table - HIGH-BANDWIDTH ANALOG SWITCH. I think you can use those parameter to build a model for simulation.
