Hi Sir,

The testbench has been configured for VIN = 12V, Vout = 1.05v, IOUT = 4A

Although it is V (VO) after simulation, it does not seem to reach 1.05v.

Is it a normal analysis result?

I tried many things, but V (VO) seems to have not reached 1.05v in about 400us.

V (SW) is also assumed to be a regular pass 700 kHz.

Is the correct result?

Hi Frank,

can you try the settings I mentioned in this reply about speed level and accuracy? I had seen a similar issue with another device.

Hi Amod,

Thank you for your patience.

I try to the suggestion in your attached post.

Please click PSPICE menu -> Edit simulation profile. speed level to 3→0.

It does not change to the analysis ripple.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi Frank,

Is it possible to share before/after waveforms (speed level changes of 0 and 3)? And, also the screenshot of the options like example shown below? I do not see any issues with the model but more of a simulation tool convergence options issue here.
