Hi team
The customer had a problem of LP5024 that Pin 20-24 can't work normally, there is not output curve of Pin19(OUT18) and Pin18(OUT17) can output PWM normally. The schematic and register configuration are shown as below.
I reviewed the schematic finding they use Pin19,20,21 to drive a NPN transistor to adjust LED. I think LP5024 is sink current type, so is it ok that using it to drive a NPN transistor?
And pls help to check the schematic and register configuration to see if there is any error in use that causes abnormal output.

Hi Harry,
The register setting looks fine. If no output signal is detected on pin #18~24, I assume there is potential malfunction on the LP5024 chip. You could have our customer ship the DUT sample for more detailed analysis with EVM board or chip replacement.
