TPS82130: EN pin defect

Dear TI Team,

we had some defects on the EN pin of the TPS82130 device. We reckon it comes from the VIN+0,3V abs-max-rating in the datasheet. We do not fulfil this rating, because there is a 100nF capacitor next to the pin.

Is there a protection diode on the EN pin existing?

    Hi Wolfgang, 

    It is not recommended to operate above the recommended operating conditions. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. the device is not protect above the abs max.
