TLV767: Strange behavior while adjusting on fixed version

Part Number: TLV767

Hello all,

our first intension was to use the adjustable version (TLV76701) for two different Vouts: +3.3V and +5V. Since the Adjustable one is not available from any of our distributors, we decided to use the 2.8V fixed version and to put external resistors in order to make it regulate on the desired Vouts.

Result:
circuit for +3.3V: everything ok, it works well.

circuit for +5V: the regulated output voltage does not exceed ~3.6V.
It seems like there is an internal diode between Vout and SNS, although we couldn't find anything about it in the datasheet.

Question: is there actually an internal diode between these pins? Or should we be able to get the desired Vout somehow?

Best regards, Matteo
