I use "Pspice for TI"to get a simulation for TPS62810,if i just chose general settings,it works well.
But,if i chose "temperature sweep",it can't work.
why this situation happens? Is the model do not have temperature function?

Hello user,
You are right, temperature dependent characteristics are not modelled for the TPS62810-Q1 model.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,
What is the error message you received ?
Let me know.
Thanks a lot!

Just the second picture i sent in the question, simulation can't go ahead, and i don't know how to resolve it.
Hello,
The second picture you sent was for the Temperature sweep.
What about the Monte carlo ?
Let me know.
Thanks,
Dorian
Hello Dorian,
This is the picture when i choose Monte carlo, then simulation can't run.

Why this happen? The data i import is wrong?
Hello,
Let me look into this.
I will come back to you tomorrow with an update.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,
I am checking with the modeling team if we have this Monte carlo option available.
In the meantime, can you use the Simplis model of TPS62810-Q1 ? It is also on the TPS62810-Q1 product page.
I will keep you up-to-date once I hear back from the modeling team.
Let me know if you have any further comments or questions.
Thanks a lot!

Hello Dorian,
The simplies model of TPS62810-Q1 can'n work either, when i import temperature date or choose Monte Carlo.
And it's not just happen at the TPS62810,any DC convertor model can't work when i import temp data or Mente Carlo.
Hello,
Do you also get an error message with the Simplis model ?
Can you follow the instructions in the following link?
For Simplis model, temperature data are not modeled too.
I would suggest to use Webench model of TPS62810-Q1 to get temp variation assesment.
Thanks a lot!

Dorian
Hi Dorian,
OK,i will use the Simplis and WEBENCH to simulate, thak you.
And i will wake for your apply.
Hello,
Sure!
I will let you know once I hear back from the modeling team.
Thanks a lot!

Hello user,
I coming back to you on your request regarding the Monte carlo analysis on Pspice for TPS62810-Q1.
Modeling team updated me with the following.
For the Monte-carlo analysis, we would need to add an appropriate output variable as shown below:

The other thing that is missing in your schematic currently is to assign tolerances to the basic circuits. As you can see below, since there are no tolerances specified, it is ignoring the monte carlo analysis.

You can manually assign tolerances to each individual R,L,C by double clicking and adding Tolerance value(in %).
You can also assign tolerance to all resistors, capacitors and inductors by using PSPICE Advanced analysis Assign Tolerances.
Hope this helps.
Thanks a lot!
Let me know if you have any further questions.
