BQ76952: OTP(One Time Programmable) Memory Size & Register Value RAM Size

The BQ76952 Technical Reference Manual lists all of the RAM registers and their size in the Data Memory Summary (section 13.9). The OTP Memory is a copy of the RAM registers (there are actually two images of the registers in OTP so it is possible to program a register in OTP more than once - the defaults in RAM are XOR'd with the OTP images). 

There are different options for programming the registers in your application. The common ones are:

• Load all of the RAM registers at startup with the MCU. This is demonstrated in the Microcontroller code examples (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc701 ) and there is a video that walks through this process: https://training.ti.com/microcontroller-programming-bq769x2-battery-monitor-family 
• You can program OTP in production similarly by programming only the registers that need to be written. Or you can write to the entire RAM before writing OTP (a little slower). This can be done by exporting a flashstream file (.fs) from the BQStudio Data Memory screen.
