Hi, 

I would like to know what is FET Temperature measurement which the chip is measuring?

Which Field-Effect Transistors is the chip measuring?

As the chip do not have a built-in FET.

    Hi Raymond,

    The BQ76952 has multiple pins that can connect to thermistors. The thermistors can be used to measure battery cell temperatures (placed on battery cell) or they can also be used to measure the temperature of the protection FETs (placed on the FET).
